Money-back Guarantee: Money-back guarantee is for first-time students only (renewal or upgrade does not apply). As a first-time student, you can cancel your subscription 10 days to the commencement date of your course, subject to a 25% deduction of the contingency fee paid.

Failure to cancel your subscription within the allowable period will be considered breach of contract and your payment will not be refunded. Please note that our refund policy does not cover returning students.

Termination from the use of our service due to a breach of our rules or code of conduct does not guarantee any refunds regardless whether it is for first-time or returning students.
